Return due to quality issues:
Within 14 days: TIBREW will pay the return shipping costs. Customers do not need to pay any restocking fees.
Returns for non-quality issues within 14 days:
The customer contacts the courier company to return the goods. We do not create any return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping and restocking fees (20% of cup price). Please send the tracking number to support@tibrew.com to ensure a successful return.
Warranty:
1. Quality problems: Free replacement within 2 years.
2. Man-made damage is not covered by the 2-year warranty.
